PrintDeskTop: Print Your Screen with One Click
PrintDeskTop is a freeware screen print utility for Windows (95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10/11).
PrintDeskTop lets you print your screen with the click of a mouse or the shortcut key of your choice. Your whole screen comes out of your printer as one page, exactly as you see it. There is nothing to copy, paste into Paint or save first.
Download PrintDeskTop free (version 1.06, 703 KB).
What people use it for
- Printing a web page, an order confirmation, a map or a form just as it looks on the screen, on one sheet of paper instead of several.
- Printing an error message to show someone who can help.
- Printing from any program, even one with no Print command, because PrintDeskTop prints the screen itself.
Features
- One click on the PrintDeskTop icon, or one press of a shortcut key you choose, such as Ctrl + Alt + P.
- Prints sideways too: use PrintDeskTop (landscape).
- Prints to your default printer. A short message tells you it is printing and when it's done.
- Small (703 KB), free, with an uninstaller. Free since 2002.
